5. Advertising on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Meta Pixel
Our website uses the Meta Pixel, which tracks actions taken on our site (page visits, form submissions, booking completions) and sends this data to Meta. This is used to measure ad effectiveness, retarget previous visitors, and build lookalike audiences. You can manage your preferences via Facebook Ad Preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences.
Custom Audiences

Squarespace — website hosting; may process IP addresses and usage logs
Payment processors — secure processing for passes, memberships and teaware purchases
Some of these providers are based outside Australia, including in the United States. By using our services, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in these countries.
10. Data Security & Retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, including using secure third-party platforms, HTTPS encryption, and limiting internal access to personal data.
We retain your information for as long as needed to deliver our services and meet legal obligations. Email subscriber data is held until you unsubscribe. Booking and transaction records may be kept for up to 7 years for accounting and legal compliance.
In the event of a data breach likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
